Job Description
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical queries from clients and consultants
- Support production and sales teams (pre- and post-sales) on product submissions, proposals, and quotations
- Assist in value engineered technical designs using structural engineering calculations and codes
- Work with production and engineering teams to align client requirements for solution standardization and future development
- Conduct on-site installation training and periodic inspections
- Process and manage client orders
- Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive with good customer handling skills
- Initiative, responsible, and detail-oriented
