About the role As the Technical Support Officer your manager will be our Business Planning Officer. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford. 
As the Technical Support Officer you will be responsible for providing essential technical and administrative support to the Building Safety and Compliance team, helping to ensure regulatory compliance, accurate data management and efficient delivery of property-related services. You’ll play a key role in monitoring performance, maintaining systems, and supporting continuous improvement across compliance activities. 
What you’ll do Keeping our compliance data accurate and up to date, helping us meet key targets and regulatory standards
