Role: Technical Support Representative DataOps
Contract Duration: 12 Months ( renewable)
Work Location: Singapore
Technical Support Representative • Ensure availability, stability, and capacity of market data platforms supporting front-office and critical business services. • Manage vendor relationships for operational matters, including incident resolution, service performance, and change coordination. • Oversee incident, problem, and change management to minimize business impact and prevent recurrence. • Partner with Application, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders on platform changes, onboarding, and strategic initiatives. • Maintain strong governance on data usage, entitlement controls, and regulatory and audit requirements. • Provide L1/L2 operational support for enterprise market data platforms (e.g. LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, exchange feeds) across AWS and on-premises infrastructure. • Proactively monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate reco...
