Job Description

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business users, operational
teams, project teams, technical resources, and external vendors. This role
combines business analysis, operational support, system testing, technical
troubleshooting, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
responsibilities.
The Technical Support Specialist will assist in identifying operational and system
issues, gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting testing
activities, analyzing business processes, coordinating issue resolution efforts, and
recommending solutions that improve operational performance and user
experience.
Scope of Work:
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and operational
