Technical Support Specialist
Location: Mexico City
We are a highly skilled team that provides 24/7 on‐site technical solutions to Bloomberg's internal and external customers in more than 75 countries.
We assist with all Bloomberg hardware, software and networking infrastructure and perform a wide range of support tasks from implementations to local office support.
Our work is comprehensive—we do not leave until the job is done.
Responsibilities
Operate as a Technical Account Manager while on‐site and provide expert support for Bloomberg hardware (PCs, biometric devices, routers), software, and networking infrastructure.
Deliver top‐line, customer‐solution focused service, understanding and pre‐empting client needs and implementing changes.
Maintain an outstanding level of customer service focus while dealing with both internal and external customers.
Log and update all work using the proprietary ticketing system.
