Job Description

Technical Support needed for our Stoke on Trent based customer. As Technical Support you will be responsible for: Application for & maintenance of all product certifications such as WRAS, Watermark, NSF etc. Arrange and co-ordinate samples for external 3rd party testing & assist in keeping projects on track. Report results using standard technical procedures where necessary. Run the artwork change process. Support the Customer Service Team with Technical Advice and customer enquiries. Assist with routine & process/product development testing where necessary. Experience we are looking for: Over 5 years experience in a technical role. Science based qualifications preferably to HND or degree level Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. TPBN1_UKTJ
