Technical Support Team Lead

We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, and technically confident to help lead support operations for our dealership websites.

This is not a basic customer service role.

You’ll be:

• troubleshooting WordPress/web issues,
• helping clients,
• working directly with developers,
• improving support workflows,
• helping support/mentor other team members,
• and helping us build a stronger long-term support operation.

The right person for this role enjoys figuring things out, communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and naturally takes ownership when problems need to be solved.
