In this versatile role as a Technical Support Technician, you will be required to :

  • Provide high-quality support services to our clients, including troubleshooting issues related to Windows Server, Office 365, Hyper‑V/VMware, as well as network and security solutions (firewalls, enterprise antivirus).
  • Diagnose and resolve complex incidents while ensuring thorough follow-up with clients.
  • Collaborate on the deployment of modern solutions such as Azure and Microsoft Teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and ensure data security.
  • Provide on-site technical support to clients when required.
  • Participate in virtual or in‑person assemblies, occasionally held in the evenings, as well as periodic on‑call duties, all according to a scheduled rotation system.
