Working client side for a Social Housing Landlord
*
Surveying occupied properties, void properties and specialist works
*
Strong focus on damp, mould and building defect diagnosis
*
Working closely with contractors, sub-contractors and internal housing teams
*
Mobile role requiring travel across the housing portfolio
*
Own transport required – business mileage paid
