Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
- Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Power Platform implementations
- Oversee integrations with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party systems
- Implement governance, security, ALM, and deployment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod environments)
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to Power Platform developers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis
- Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform releases and roadmap
