Technical Trainer (Marine Industry) Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement company-wide training programs, including onboarding, periodic technician certification, safety retraining, and technical upskilling.
- Develop course content, materials, and assessment criteria; coordinate with internal/external trainers to ensure effective delivery.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize programs based on feedback.
- Build and maintain dashboards using MES, WMS, and other data sources to monitor key metrics: average repair cycle time, first-time fix rate, on‑time completion rate, spare parts inventory turnover, technician productivity.
- Lead or support lean/Six Sigma–style initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HRM, or related field.
