Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training to teams, distributors, resellers, and installers
  • Conduct product demos and workshops
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
  • Train partners on setup, configuration, and applications
  • Support sales with technical product knowledge
  • Provide field-based training and support
  • Relay market feedback and insights to product teams
  • Ensure consistent understanding of product capabilities across channels

Non-negotiable requirements:

  • 3 5 years proven hands-on experience in networking, ICT, or hardware-based technical environments
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, access points, IP systems)
  • Experience delivering technical training or product enablement
