Technical Training Coordinator - Mid Canada Mod Centre Position Summary The Technical Training Coordinator supports MC2 operations through the development, delivery, coordination, and maintenance of training programs applicable to personnel across Manufacturing, AMO, operational support, and administrative functions, including technical, regulatory, safety, and competency-based training requirements. 
In support of operational requirements, the role may also perform delegated technical inspection and quality support activities within approved scope and delegated authority. 
Responsibilities Oversee, coordinate, and maintain training programs and competency requirements for MC2 personnel across technical, operational, safety, regulatory, manufacturing, and AMO disciplines. 
Develop, deliver, and maintain technical training for harness builders, manufacturing personnel, and other assigned technical staff.
