Mission
As part of the ISA Services Delivery team, the Technical Training Instructor is key to delivering impactful Schneider Electric product training to a wide range of audiences, including employees, customers, and partners. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for EcoStruxure products, this role actively drives the development of new training content and supports project execution and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation & Continuous Learning
- Utilize and continuously improve learning delivery tools and methods
- Prepare and maintain ISA virtual machines and training environments
- Stay up to date with industry best practices (e.g., facilitated learning, communities of practice, digital learning formats)
- Maintain deep expertise in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure solutions
