Technical Training Lead

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Trainers, Engineers, and Technical Writers to develop comprehensive training documents, including: Training Syllabus, Training Programme & Training Materials Ensure all training content aligns with contractual, technical, and customer requirements Ensure all training materials are complete, accurate, and suitable for training delivery Oversee the overall quality of the product training package before submission to the customer Conduct final reviews and vetting of training materials for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contractual obligations Lead vetting sessions with Root Mean Square (RMS) Engineers, Design Engineers, and System Security Engineering (SSE) to ensure quality assurance standards are met Supervise the execution of training programs to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Track training schedules to ensure timely delivery of all modules and content Assess training effectiveness and ensure that cours...
