Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct technical, product, and warranty training for technicians, service advisors, and dealer networks.
  • Deliver basic soft‑skills, product, warranty, and technical training for service advisor/frontliner staff across internal operations / dealer networks.
  • Provide second‑level technical diagnostics and troubleshooting support to workshops, resolving complex issues and minimizing downtime.
  • Act as a technical liaison to shop floor operations, including conducting or coordinating test drives to validate customer concerns.
  • Support daily operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement of workshop tools, lubricants, and equipment, and resolving workshop IT‑related matters.
