Technical Writer (Contract Role)

Requirements

• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about translating complex systems into clear, concise, and user‑friendly documentation for a variety of audiences
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the payments, card issuing, or card processing industry, ideally with in‑depth understanding of card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard), and the technical aspects of card issuing and transaction processing
• Demonstrated ability to lead documentation projects independently from inception to delivery
• Hands‑on experience with API documentation standards
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail and consistency
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences
