As Sputter Process Technician, you will be responsible for executing process characterization activities, ensuring sputter process meets key performance parameters, and supporting production through process monitoring and adjustments. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and collaborate effectively; they will demonstrate a willingness to learn, flexibility, creative problem solving, exemplary communication skills and an ability to think on their feet. Candidates must be flexible to work a 12-hour shift pattern and overtime, as required by the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform measurement on characterization / evaluation samples following the experiment plan prepared by Engineer. As well as production monitoring samples.
- Carry out troubleshooting on metrology tools.
