TECHNICIAN 3, MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

Job Summary:

The Technician performs advanced technical work with minimal supervision. This role has mastered several key technical aspects of the job and is capable of independently handling complex assignments. The technician actively supports troubleshooting, process improvement, and provides technical guidance to junior technicians where required Key Responsibilities

Perform technical operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities related to manufacturing equipment, systems, or processes

Independently handle non‑routine and moderately complex technical issues

Support engineers in setup, calibration, testing, and process optimization activities

Conduct rework, inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure product and process compliance

Analyze equipment or process data and recommend corrective actions or improvements

Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports related to technical activities
