Monthly Salary: $2,500 - $2,900 (depending on experience) + Allowances
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: South (near Labrador MRT station) – Shuttle service to Queenstown MRT
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities- Provide on-site service related activities at customer’s premises, including but not limited to:
- Perform corrective maintenance on Multi‑Functional Printer (MFP).
- Repair and troubleshoot MFP hardware and software on site.
- Update completed service jobs in CRM and clear parts used in SAP system.
- Set up machine (install printer drivers and scanning setup) for newly purchased MFP at customer premises.
- Provide administrative support to the service team: report updates, payment collection, ordering service parts, etc.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
