SUMMARY:
TECHNICIAN Must be an Automotive Qualified Technician:
- Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct repairs efficiently and within allocated flat-rate times.
- Identify additional repair requirements and report to Workshop Foreman for authorization.
- Ensure accurate completion of job cards, including work carried out and parts used.
- Order and fit correct replacement parts and components.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and computer systems to identify vehicle faults.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
