**About the Position**
The Technician Lead – Mechanical provides mechanical and technical expertise for assigned areas by approving preventive maintenance, supporting equipment repairs, and driving process improvements. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for Level II and Level III technicians, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
