Job Description

  • BTech in a relevant IT field is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on all IOS Devices
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components in accordance with the company's guidelines and standards
  • Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices
  • Upsell and promote company products, accessories, and services based on customer needs
  • Effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
  • Handle challenging customer situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
