Job Overview

Charles Hurst Newtownabbey Kia is looking for an experienced Master Technician to join our growing team. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics, technical leadership and ensuring right‑first‑time fixes. The position is full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday with alternating Saturday morning shifts. You will report to the aftersales manager and receive ongoing support and training, including manufacturer‑accredited and Hybrid & Electric programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle faults to a high standard.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentor other technicians in the workshop.
  • Prepare and perform quality control of new and used prestige vehicles ready for sale.
  • Support maintaining the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
