Job Title: Technician – Reliability, Condition Monitoring
Job Summary
The Technician – Reliability, Condition Monitoring is responsible for carrying out condition monitoring activities for all rotating equipment across the plant. The role includes vibration monitoring, lube oil analysis, thermography, predictive maintenance, alignment, balancing, and reporting of equipment condition to support plant reliability and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vibration monitoring and analysis for rotating equipment as per schedule.
- Collect and analyze machinery vibration data using portable data collectors and monitoring software.
- Carry out lube oil sampling, thermography surveys, onsite balancing, laser alignment, and endoscope inspections.
- Monitor condition of motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, fans, blowers, turbines, and other rotating equipment.
