Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, and water treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carry out repairs, and replace defective or worn components.
- Conduct routine inspections and monitor system performance parameters such as pressure, temperature, and tank levels to ensure optimal operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and adhering to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipment and facility systems.
