Role overview

You will be responsible for the technical evolution of the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ITSM. Besides delivering configuration work, you will support and coach internal team members and act as the technical counterpart for external vendors.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and implement ServiceNow configurations (small to medium changes)
  • Support and coach internal team members in ServiceNow technical capabilities
  • Coordinate and challenge external ServiceNow vendors
  • Define test scenarios, execute testing, and follow up on deployments until go-live
  • Optimize ITSM processes (request flows, service catalog, CMDB, SLA setup, CSDM)
  • Support integrations (API, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer)
  • Improve knowledge management and self-service adoption
