Job Description The SAP Support Specialist provides both technical and functional support to the Supply Chain team, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) software. This role is responsible for resolving end user issues promptly, supporting continuous process improvements, developing and maintaining reporting tools, and assisting in the implementation of new SAP functionalities. Occasional travel to operational sites, sometimes on short notice. Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related support, coordinating with IT and external partners to resolve issues and manage system updates Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications to support system improvements and third‑party tool integrations Design, develop, and maintain SAP reports and dashboards to support operational, KPI, and compliance tracking using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Office Ensure data accuracy and compliance by managing user access, security profiles, and sup...
