Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Communicate with client subject matter experts to understand and analyze business problems and pain points.
- Gather and define technical, operational, and user requirements; assist with conceptual architecture and technical solution design that is efficient, resilient, scalable, secure, and reusable.
- Develop and implement solutions on various technology platforms following SimplifyNext's best practices and code standards.
- Identify or support creation of use cases/process scenarios and expected outcomes for the delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and rollout phases with client SMEs to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support to client businesses.
