Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide legal advice to teams from Research & Development, Marketing and Engineering, Product Management, Advertising Sales, Marketing & Communications from the initial stages of product development to launch.

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology contracts such as Cloud/SaaS agreements.

  • Support business teams by building consensus on projects from design to launch, including new features, products and services, and programs.

  • Review global products, features, and platforms to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies focused on company goals.

  • Remain up to date on relevant industry, data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws and regulations to ensure an ongoing ability to provide thoughtful and relevant advice.
