Technology Operations Manager (Payment System)

Job Description:- Oversee day‑to‑day production operations across Dash systems, including inhouse and third‑party applications. Review and validate Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and corrective/preventive actions. Track recurring operational issues and drive long‑term remediation with engineering and vendor teams. Own and enforce the change management process for production systems. Coordinate deployment activities across DevOps, application teams, and vendors. Maintain comprehensive change records aligned to MAS TRM audit expectations. Own end‑to‑end patch management governance for operating systems and middleware andensure patch schedules aligned with compliance timelines and business risk. Ensure patching evidence, logs, and reports are audit‑ready at all times. Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding, least‑privilege enforcement and proper segregation of duties.
