Job Description

Technology Resilience assurance co-ordinator to oversee and execute resilience testing and assurance activities for critical business systems. The role ensures operational continuity, compliance with regulatory standards, and the robustness of technology environments. The role holder will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, lead resilience initiatives, and execute rigorous validation frameworks to strengthen organizational technology posture.
The Role
Champion the resilience testing and assurance strategy across the organization
Support, plan and coordinate resilience tests, including:Recovery strategy validationApplication and dependency testingRegulatory required exercisesEvaluate systems meet Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
Conduct control effectiveness reviews, identify gaps, and recommend remediation actions to strengthen compliance with technology risk standards.
