The opportunity

  • Service delivery manager to manage end to end operations of support engagement. Minimum experience level of 16-20 years.
  • Your key responsibilities

  • Service delivery Lead who has the prior experience to manage support projects.

  • Manage resources who needs to support on different shifts and on call coverage as per contract needs.

  • Experience in maintenance and support, maintenance, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.

  • Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.

  • Excellent business communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Prior Client facing experience

  • Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins.
