- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups via phone and email to drive conversions.
- Accurately log all client interactions, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or lead-tracking software.
- Address concerns, overcome objections, and build long-term relationships to foster trust.
- Hand off converted leads to the admissions or sales team and coordinate any necessary paperwork
