We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales or service processes over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain products/services clearly and effectively

Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information

Generate leads and follow up on prospects

Maintain records of calls and customer details

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed
