- Respond to inbound inquiries including social media and website channels within defined SLA.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads using Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline (BANT) criteria.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate lead and deal records in Frappe CRM.
- Convert qualified Leads into CRM Deals and retain ownership during qualification stage.
- Endorse Deals to Sales Executives once reaching 'Technical Evaluation' or 'Field Demo' stage via workflow trigger.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or site visits for qualified prospects.
- Maintain follow-up cadence to nurture warm prospects.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and pipeline reports.
- Provide insights and feedback to Marketing and Sales to improve campaign targeting and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
