- Conduct cold calls to engage and connect with potential candidates
- Introduce and promote career opportunities to prospective talent
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outreach and engaging new peple
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales or customer facing roles is an advantage
