Job Title: Telephone Operator/ Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Telephone Operator & Technician with relevant experience in Healthcare Sector. The candidate will be responsible:
Responsible to greet the caller with helping attitude while receiving every call.
Responsible to ensure every call is shifted in their respective counter.
Responsible to check all operating equipment like exchange operating console sets, emergency sets, all computer systems and all exchange telephone and mobile lines. He/she sends complaints of faulty lines on 1218 help line and keeps follow up.
Responsible to operators dial international calls, mobile numbers of the requested doctors, staff, executive staff, emergency calls of Code Blue & Code Red and emergency mobile calls for on duty Paeds doctor for deliver babies.
Responsible to dial outgoing calls as per the hospital rules.
