Job Description
The Telesales Executive is responsible for managing and growing the Non-Institutional Customer (NIC) base, including private clinics, individual practitioners, small healthcare facilities, and other non-hospital/reseller accounts. This role involves proactive outbound calling, customer relationship management, and closing sales to achieve an assigned monthly quota. While primarily office-based, the role may require occasional field visits to key customers to support relationship building, product demonstrations, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Handle the entire telesales for the NIC base, including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales and Marketing Head.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the NIC base and actively pursue growth of assigned territories.
