Responsibilities
- Provide support to the team to achieve predetermined revenue targets by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction and provide a knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, confident and proactive point of contact to customers.
- Manage revenue and shipment growth through upselling and cross‑selling tactics to exceed assigned targets.
- Develop personal sales plan to achieve business growth through new business acquisition and growing share of wallet within the existing client base.
