Telesales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Telemarketing Representative
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Handle client inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience dealing with UAE clients or international markets is an advantage.

10:30 am to 7:00 pm
