Level: Level 1 Manager | Department: Operations

The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and performance delivery — driving the success of our telesales team through strong leadership, coaching, and quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily telesales operations and ensure adherence to scripts, partnership criteria, and client guidelines
  • Monitor call quality, lead qualification accuracy, and appointment scheduling effectiveness
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to telesales agents
  • Prepare consolidated daily and weekly performance reports
  • Act as liaison between Allied Fusion Services, Inc. and clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment
