Enhance connectivity at TELUS as the Critical Infrastructure Manager. You'll ensure optimal performance of power and cooling systems across Quebec network sites.
In this full-time role, you will showcase your leadership and technical acumen while managing a dedicated technician team. You'll strategize operations, oversee budget plans, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive performance excellence. A balance of technical insight and people management will be key to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians with constructive mentoring
• Oversee maintenance and alarm management effectively
• Manage service delivery and vendor relations
• Control operational budgets and expenditures
• Implement continuous improvement across network sites
Requirements:
• 6 years managing operations teams in critical infrastructure
• Technical background in engineering or facilities management
• Fluency in both French and English
