Job Description

Job Scope
  • Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries
  • Handling of queries and requests from superiors and colleagues
  • Faxing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
  • Provision of administrative support to the department
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE A Levels / Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with prior admin and customer service experiences
  • On Job Training provided
  • Able to start work upon short notice
  • Able to commit for 3 months or 6 months and above
