Temp Administrative Assistant, Operations @ Town Area
Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: Up to $2,700
Location: Town Area
Office Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities
- Carpark report.
- Invoice processing and SAP processing of billings.
- Assist on billings of aircon extensions and extra billings for sprinkler/water/temporary electrical supply.
- Banking and errand duties.
- Asset count, tagging and writing off.
- Attending to walk‑in queries and feedback by Vendor, shoppers and tenants.
Period
- 6 months (renewable and convertible depending on performance)
Requirements
- Minimum O level/Nitec and Diploma with relevant experience.
