Temp Administrative Assistant, Operations @ Town Area

Employment Type: Contract

Monthly Salary: Up to $2,700

Location: Town Area

Office Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities

  • Carpark report.
  • Invoice processing and SAP processing of billings.
  • Assist on billings of aircon extensions and extra billings for sprinkler/water/temporary electrical supply.
  • Banking and errand duties.
  • Asset count, tagging and writing off.
  • Attending to walk‑in queries and feedback by Vendor, shoppers and tenants.

Period

  • 6 months (renewable and convertible depending on performance)

Requirements

  • Minimum O level/Nitec and Diploma with relevant experience.
