- Support hawker centre operations, including tenancy management, cleaning and facilities management, and feedback and appeals management.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders such as Hawkers' Associations, Town Councils, and government agencies to address operational, cleanliness, safety, and improvement matters.
- Conduct tenancy checks and process tenancy-related applications, transfers, assignments, rental waivers, and other administrative matters.
- Manage public feedback, appeals, and compliance with policies and programmes to ensure service standards are met.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support hawker centre operations.
Requirements
- Organised, meticulous, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with an outgoing and pleasant personality.
