Location: Novena Duration: 12 months Hours: Shift work, any 6 days (42 hrs/week) Job scope: Provide financial counselling for patients/next-of-kins. This includes informing patients/next-of-kins regarding different ward class charges, bill estimates and payment methods To perform upgrade/downgrade requests and explain ward charges differences for patients/next-of-kins Ensure government subsidies are utilised appropriately To perform patient merge requests and verification To solicit hospital transfer consent from patients/next-of-kins Requirements: Min. A/O/Nitec in any field Some experience is preferred
