Location: Woodlands
Responsibilities- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests professionally. Register visitors, issue security badges, and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming phone calls, forward them to the correct department, or take accurate messages. Handle and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and emails.
- Scheduling: Maintain and update booking systems for meeting rooms and coordinate appointments or seminars.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation. Monitor and order office and pantry supplies to ensure the workplace is well‑stocked.
- Facility Coordination: Keep the reception and common areas tidy. Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance or office equipment repairs.
