Job Scope: Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and independent team player to support Workforce Development (WD) portfolio. This role requires strong initiative, critical thinking, a fast turnaround mindset, andthe ability to manage projects from start to end. You will work across domains and with multiple stakeholders, contributing to the implementation of workforce capability frameworks and awards initiatives that support the growth and development of professionals in the public sector. Assessment Process Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a case assignment to assess key attributes critical to success in this role. Key Responsibilities 1. Awards Administration Manage the full awards cycle, from nomination calls to judging, result collation, and reporting.
