Play a critical part in ensuring a high-quality employee experience by managing benefits-related escalations and service delivery within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Querétaro.
As a Benefits Operations Analyst (temporal) you will oversee multiple audits, manage complex escalation cases, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely and accurate resolution.You will join a collaborative, locally based team that supports employees across the organization and works closely with benefits vendors and HR partners.
